Step-by-step Guide to Add a Clause to Clause List
Sales agreements contain important terms and information that outline everything significant in the transaction. They are referred to as clauses.
To add a clause to the clause list:
Click TEMPLATES on the left navigation bar.
On the Template screen, select the template that you want to use.
Select the component in the document which you want to add to the clause list.
Click on the Add to clauses list which is visible next to every component
On the Save as a new clause window, a display box will appear where you can enter the name of the clause that you want to add to the clause list.
Click CREATE CLAUSE. The clause will be created and added to the list.
The added clause will get highlighted in a different color when the template is used for creating a new document.
