How do I Create a Folder?

In RevvSales, a folder is a special space where you can store documents, and even contain sub-folders. Folders help to store and organize documents based on products, projects, accounts, or opportunities. RevvSales lets you easily create folders and categorize your documents and store them in folders. or sub-folders.  Folders make it easier for you to find and share documents.

To create folders using RevvSales, do the following:

  1. Click Documents from the main menu.
  2. On the Documents page, click +(Create new folder)

3. On the Create New Folder Window, enter a folder name.

4. Click Create Folder.

Your folder is created, now you can create documents within it.

Create Folders within Folder

You can create a hierarchy of folder structure using RevvSsales. 

  1. To create a folder within a folder, select a folder.
  2. Click Create new folder.

A new folder is created within the folder.
You can create multiple levels of folders within the folder.
